Initiation Fee Inclusion

The initiation fee of $2,000 is a one-time charge required when joining. Instead of being billed separately, this fee is included in the total amount paid for the first year’s dues.

This means that the first year’s payments cover both the regular dues and the initiation fee, simplifying the payment process for new members. After completing the first year of membership the monthly dues will decrease by $157 per month.
